Warrior Strength Programs

Our Warrior Programs are a premier training program for any young individual (athlete or NOT) that is looking to improve their strength, explosiveness, coordination and body composition! 

This program is unique because we allow parents to train with their child!!


WINTER WARRIOR STRENGTH 
Oct 31 - Jan 5
SCHEDULE: 
Tues/Friday (5:00-5:45pm)
Saturday (10:20-11:05am)
*There will some Saturdays with NO class, check site calendar to make sure you're aware of days with no class!
COST- $265 (paid in full)
or
3 payments of $115 (bank draft)

Ages: 9 & UP (Parents are welcome to train with their child)

Description: This is an amazing way for athletes to really improve their performance prior to Spring sports while building some serious muscle!

Our Warrior Training Programs are GUARANTEED to make participants faster, stronger, more confident, and healthier!  

Program curriculum is a mix of strength, cardio, agility and mental toughness! Routines will consist of medicine balls, heavy ropes, bands, sand bags, kettlebells, slater logs, and more. 

ADULTS & NON-ATHLETES ARE WELCOME!
