Warrior Sports Performance Programs

Our Warrior Programs are a premiere training program for any young individual (athlete or NOT) that is looking to improve their strength, explosiveness, coordination, and body composition!  This is an amazing way for athletes to really improve their performance prior to their sports season while building some serious muscle!  Our Warrior Training Programs are GUARANTEED to make participants faster, stronger, more confident, and healthier!  Program curriculum is a mix of strength, cardio, agility, and LOTS OF MENTAL TOUGHNESS! Routines will consist of medicine balls, heavy ropes, bands, sand bags, kettlebells, slater logs, Kegs, and more. 

 WE BUILD TOUGH RESPECTABLE ATHLETES WHO HAVE A DESIRE TO BE GREAT! 

Our CADET Warrior program is unique because we allow parents to train with their child!!

AGE: 10-25

SCHEDULE: Mon, Weds (5:30-6:15pm)
                         Saturday (9:10-9:55am)

COST- $285 (paid in full)
           $185 (paid in full) for additional family members

ATHLETES ONLY! Must have completed at least 2 seasons of Warrior Strength to be in the ADVANCED program.

AGE: 9-50

SCHEDULE: Tues, Thurs (5:30-6:15pm)
                         Saturday (10:00-10:45am)

PARENTS: If you wish to train along side your child this Spring, YOU CAN.  It's $100 OFF for you, Come join us!
