Warrior Strength

Our Warrior Programs are a premier training program for any young individual (athlete or NOT) that is looking to improve their strength, explosiveness, coordination, body composition, and much more! 

*WE DO ALLOW PARENTS TO TRAIN WITH THEIR CHILD IN THIS PROGRAM!

SPRING 'INDOOR/OUTDOOR' WARRIOR
Dates: March 27 - June 1

Schedule: 
Mon, Tues, Thurs (5:20-6:05pm)
Saturday (10:15-11am) *There will some Saturdays with NO class!
*Check site calendar to make sure you're aware of days with no class!

Ages: 9 & UP (Adults are welcome)
Cost: $250 + tax 

Description: This is an amazing way for athletes, non-athletes, PARENTS to really improve their appearance and/OR performance....PLUS build some serious muscle. Our Warrior Training Programs are GUARANTEED to make participants faster, stronger, more confident, healthier, etc...!  Program curriculum will also consist of: Med Balls, Heavy ropes, Bands, Sand bags, Kettlebells, Slater LOGS, and more. This is for sure a mental toughness builder- mixed with strength, cardio, agility, etc!

*A philosophy of training you won't find anywhere else!

*Excellent class for overweight kids that need to get MOVING.


                   
       SUMMER 'OUTDOOR' WARRIOR
Dates: June 5 - August 10


Schedule: 
Mon, Tues, Thurs (Morning & Evening Times- TBA)
Saturday (10:15-11am) *There will some Saturdays with NO class!

Ages: 9 & UP (Adults are welcome)
Cost: $300 + tax (Early-bird special expires: May 15th)

Description: This is an amazing way for athletes to really improve their appearance and/OR performance prior to FALL & WINTER Sports....PLUS build some serious muscle. Our Warrior Training Programs are GUARANTEED to make participants faster, stronger, more confident, healthier, etc...!  Program curriculum will also consist of: Med Balls, Infamous Sand Pit, Heavy ropes, Bands, Sand bags, Kettlebells, Slater LOGS, *NEW* WHEEL BARREL routines, and more. This is for sure a mental toughness builder- mixed with strength, cardio, agility, etc!  ~ADULTS & NON-ATHLETES ARE ALSO WELCOME!
