Warrior Strength Programs

Our Warrior Programs are a premiere training program for any young individual (athlete or NOT) that is looking to improve their strength, explosiveness, coordination, and body composition!  This is an amazing way for athletes to really improve their performance prior to their sports season while building some serious muscle!  Our Warrior Training Programs are GUARANTEED to make participants faster, stronger, more confident, and healthier!  Program curriculum is a mix of strength, cardio, agility, and mental toughness! Routines will consist of medicine balls, heavy ropes, bands, sand bags, kettlebells, slater logs, Kegs, and more. 

Do not register for this program if you or your child don't possess solid work ethic- this is the hardest training you'll find in Central Iowa if not ALL of Iowa.  WE BUILD TOUGH RESPECTABLE ATHLETES WHO HAVE A DESIRE TO BE GREAT! 

This program is unique because we allow parents to train with their child!!

SCHEDULE: Tues (5:30-6:15pm)
                         Saturday (10:35-11:20am)
