TRAINING TIMES: 9-10AM


DETAILS: This one of a kind program will consist of all the historic fundamental strength movements that every football player would and should be doing NO MATTER THEIR CURRENT SKILL LEVEL, yet with our own proven spin on them.  PLUS- many other tested training techniques to help make our athletes the strongest, fastest, and most powerful on the field.  All football players will train with weighted kegs, push sleds, pull sleds, heavy ropes, Kettlebells, heavy slam balls, logs, and more.  
NO BORING CARDIO- 100% STRENGTH, POWER, SPEED, WARRIOR TACTICAL, & AGILITY TRAINING!
