What are FITcamps?

Our FITcamps  are 30 minute blasts of resistance & cardiovascular training using the following:

-Kettlebells

-Muay Thai Kicking/Striking Routines

-Medicine balls/Slam balls

-Bands

-Power Ropes

-Bulgarian bags

And more......

Don't worry about being bored, we promise you will never repeat the exact same week of FITcamp routines for as long as you're a member!
